At Nurtureia, we are proud to offer our customers FREE shipping on all orders!
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address.
During peak periods and holidays, our processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time refers to the overall transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. Delivery time depends on multiple factors, most importantly your location.

Please note:
During peak seasons or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in both transit time and tracking updates, which are outside of our control. For international shipments, unexpected customs delays may also extend delivery times beyond what is listed above.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.
If our system flags an address issue, our customer support team will email you within 3 business days of your order being placed to verify your details. If we do not receive a reply within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us at hello@nurtureia.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to correct it, though changes cannot be guaranteed after this period.
Delayed Delivery
At Nurtureia, we understand the importance of receiving your order on time, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, some delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control.

Nurtureia is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We will, however, always do our best to keep you updated and assist you wherever possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be to experience a lost or stolen package. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, the package is no longer under our control.
If your package is lost or stolen:

We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier, as they may request additional information from you.

We will also contact the courier on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates.
Please note:
Nurtureia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these cases fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to support you. If the package cannot be located or delivered, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
In some cases, the courier may locate and deliver the package. If not, we may recommend filing a police report.

Nurtureia reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the most recent version before making a purchase.
